All development projects in Logan County must have a floodplain determination form to complete the building permit application package. If the property is located in an unincorporated  area of the county, the completed form can be submitted to Allison Fowler at our offices. The email and physical address is listed on the attached form. If the property is located in an incorporated area of the county, the contact information for each village or city is listed on the form. ​
