• All applications for building requests - MUST have a Zoning Permit, Health Department Approval and Floodplain Determination. A Sanitary Sewer Review is needed when work is being done around Indian Lake.

Inspections:

• Inspections MUST be scheduled by calling the office at 937-592-7473. (Emailed Inspection requests will NOT be processed)
• Inspection times are Monday – Friday, from 8:00am - 3:00 pm
• We require at least a 24-hour notice for all inspections
• A time preference will be given consideration for concrete pours only
