A cigarette dealer's license is obtained in the County Auditor's office. The fee is $125. To obtain the cigarette license, you must also have a vendor's license. Dog License

The homestead exemption provides a reduction in property taxes to qualified senior or disabled citizens, a surviving spouse, or a veteran on the dwelling that is the individual's principal place of residence and up to one acre of land of which an eligible individual is an owner. Junkyard License

Manufactured homes are those which have titles, are to be registered in the office of the County Auditor within 30 days of being placed on a property. |
Owner Occupied Credit
To receive the Owner Occupied Credit tax reduction on your home you must (1) own the home as of January 1 of the year you are applying, and (2) Occupy the home as your principal place of residence for a substantial part of each year. Real Estate Search
