Sarah J. Warren, Assistant Prosecutor
Sarah Warren joined the Prosecutor's Office in 2013 as an Assistant Prosecutor. She has a bachelor's degree in Business from Urbana University and received her law degree from Ohio Northern University, graduating in 2010. During law school, Sarah interned at the Allen County Prosecutor's Office. Sarah is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association, and Kiwanis. She resides at Indian Lake with her husband and children.

Erin Rosen, Assistant Prosecutor
Erin comes to the Logan County Prosecutor's Office with nearly 24 years of legal experience, most of that time serving the State of Ohio in a variety of capacities. She served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Summit County (Juvenile and Appellate Divisions), an Assistant Prosecutor in Brown County (Juvenile, Appellate, and Municipal Divisions), a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Ohio Attorney General's Office (Special Prosecutions and Counsel for OHLEG), and as a Magistrate/Staff Attorney for the Butler County Common Pleas Court - General Division. In between her various stops working for the State, she worked in the private sector either for small firms as an independent attorney, or, most recently, for a private company as a Contracts Manager for 7 years. After that extended break from the courtroom, Erin was excited for the opportunity to join the Logan County Prosecutor's Office Felony Division in March 2022. She also serves as the Prosecutor's representative for the Adult Recovery Court (ARC) team. Erin is originally from Cincinnati; she received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Franklin College of Indiana and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law.
Samantha Blosser, Assistant Prosecutor
Samantha Blosser joined the Prosecutor's Office in 2022 as an Assistant Prosecutor. She has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and received her law degree from University of Dayton through the accelerated program in 2021. Samantha externed and worked at the Logan County Family Court during law school. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Logan County Bar Association. Samantha resides in Bellefontaine with her husband and children.
Breanne Parcels, Assistant Prosecutor
B.S. Wright State University, J.D. University of Dayton School of Law. Breanne represents the county and townships in civil matters including administrative law, contracts, compliance, land use, labor law, nuisances, open meetings, public records, real estate, records retention, taxation and zoning. In addition to her civil counsel experience, she is a former municipal prosecutor and serves on the Media Law committee for the Ohio State Bar Association.
