Tim and Lynn Miller, ODA 2019 Conservation Farm Family

Tim and Lynn Miller, Logan County farmers, were recognized by the Ohio Department of Agriculture as one of the 2019 Conservation Farm Family Award winners at the Farm Science Review in London, Ohio in September 2019.   Tim and Lynn farm more than 2400 acres in Logan County and apply no till and best management practices in their family farming operation.  Conservation practices are a fundamental part of their farming operation.  The Millers are long standing contributing community members sharing their time and abilities in all aspects of their daily lives.  Despite being busy operating their family farm, they have opened their home and their farm operation to host numerous agriculture events.  They are committed to education programs focusing on agriculture’s impact on our lives no matter where we may reside, be it rural, suburbia or city.   Congratulation to Tim and Lynn, we are proud to call them one of our own.
